Double the wild mushroom content of any other mushroom sauce product on the market and a high quality natural truffle flavour, unlike many cheap replicas that are available. You will not find mascarpone in this sauce, others have 15%+ for the creaminess. This creaminess comes from onion, it’s perfectly creamy and not too rich or overindulgent. Beautifully crafted with four of the most inspiring mushroom varieties: Chanterelle, Porcini, Trompette and Shiitake as well as heaps of black truffle to make you feel like you're in a forest in Alba. Tomatoes are hand picked in Spain. Naturally, these sauces are created with vegan ingredients to give a plant based pasta sauce
