A traditional handmade farmhouse cheese: Carrick has a deep, nutty and earthy flavour. The aroma is rich and earthy, and the texture is firm and with a creamy finish. It will dry naturally with age. This cheese is made with vegetarian rennet and raw milk from a cow with calf dairy farm.
