Ramen Noodles

These ramen noodles are made with only Devon water and a majority mix of Mulika and Olands flours, plus a small amount of Kansui - the essential traditional Japanese ingredient for ramen noodles. The result is a medium - dark noodle with a warm, wheaty and slightly nutty flavour. Cook gently and with passion for 1-2 minutes, take off the heat when the middle of the noodle has just gone soft; rinse the starch off the noodles and plate up! Great in stir frys or any ramen dish.
