Rainton Tomme Wedge 150g

A mellow golden Alpine style cheese in a 150g wedge. Rainton Tomme is semi-hard cheese with a sweet, grassy and nutty flavour. It will dry naturally with age. This cheese is made with vegetarian rennet and raw milk from a cow with calf dairy farm.
