Master baker Beniamino has worked his magic to make a delicious vegan panettone for Seggiano, so that everyone can enjoy a slice of traditional Italian cake this Christmas. He uses cocoa butter, candied fruit paste, natural vanilla, linseed flour and turmeric to add fragrance, moisture and colour to the dough, which is naturally leavened using his 33 year old mother yeast. It goes without saying that this Seggiano Vegan Panettone is free from binders, stabilisers, preservatives or emulsifiers and only use sulphite free fruits and healthy high oleic oil.
