Orzo

Made with tasty organically grown heritage and ancient UK wheats. Milled by Fresh Flour Company in their stone mill and cut using traditional bronze dies, dried very slowly. This orzo has a light nutty flavour. Use it instead of rice in risotto or throw a handful into soups or stews.
