Belvedere olives are harvested early to ensure the highest possible concentration of antioxidants, polyphenols, and essential nutrients. The very first pressing extracts the purest essence of the olives, resulting in a rich, robust oil with an intense aroma, brighter colour and deliciously peppery after taste.
The 2024 harvest had a polyphenol count of 411 and an acidity level of 0.25%; Belvedere oil is as good as it gets and brings the taste of Tuscan sunshine into your kitchen.
